Traceability
Since January 2005 it has been a legal requirement for food companies to be able to show who their food/ingredient suppliers are and to whom they have delivered their products.

Some companies see this as an impossible task but our experience in working with many companies can frequently enable simple solutions to be introduced with minimal on-cost. Wherever possible, existing procedures are used as a foundation on which traceability can be built.
